| Experience the smells and sounds of an 19th century holiday in Lower Richland County at Kensington Mansion. Continuing a tradition begun more than 20 years ago by International Paper, Kensington Mansion will be decked out in period decorations from December 1 through January 14, 2012. | |

Kick-off Event We will have a Christmas Open House on Saturday, December 3rd with a day filled with holiday cheer! Join us between 10:00 and 2:30 and enjoy period music, carriage rides, and refreshments during our Open House. The admission price on this day is $6.00 for adults and $3.00 for children 10 and up. | |

December 1st - January 14th Throughout the month of December and first two weeks in January, visitors will enjoy special holiday tours of the Mansion. Guided tours are held each Thursday, Friday and Saturday. The tours begin at 9:30 am, 11:00 am, 1:00 pm and 2:30 pm. We are closed on Christmas Eve. Ticket prices: Tickets are $5.50 for adults, $4.50 for seniors, $2.50 for children 10 and older. Children under 10 are free. Groups of 10 or more are requested to make a reservation in advance. |

Holiday Tours for School Groups |
| Bring your students for a special holiday program at Kensington Mansion on the first (7th) and second (13th) Wednesdays in December. The mansion will be decorated to interpret holiday celebrations and daily life during the winter months of the 1800s. The special one-hour program for students will include a tour of the mansion and time outside for games that children played in the past. Travel back in time with your students and experience the sites, smells, and sounds of Christmas in lower Richland County.
